ZUMBA  

GROUP CYCLE

Dance routines that feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

This class simulates outdoor bike riding with various movements, intensities and speed; great cardio workout.

PEAK PHYSIQUE

TOTAL BODY BLAST  

High intense cardio and body weight exercises designed to tone, trim and increase your aerobic threshold.

Overall body toning and conditioning, using free weights, bands, and balls which will increase muscular strength and endurance.

VINYASA YOGA  

PUMP IT UP

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” You will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This class improves strength, balance, and flexibility.

A combination of hi-lo, cardio kickboxing, and sculpting to achieve cardio and muscle conditioning.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

BOOT CAMP

With the use of heavy bags, this class offers authentic techniques that are used by traditional martial artists and boxers. Your technical skill will increase each time you train in this high impact, hard hitting, fast pace program that will make you sweat, burn, and tone.

This 6 week program is designed to challenge, tone, and trim your body. Our unique facility enables us to use our 60 yd. turf, 70 yd. track, and state–of–the–art weight training equipment.

JOE'S WEIGHT TRAINING  

BALLS & BANDS  

Use circuit equipment, free weights, bands and benches in this weight training class. Class meets in weight room.

Physio-balls, tubing, and bands are used to sculpt and tone.
