CYCLE CIRCUIT

A concentrated workout designed to tone from the abdominals down.

Intervals of cycling & strength training.

GROUP CYCLE

PILATES

This class simulates outdoor bike riding with various movements, intensities and speed; great cardio workout.

Specific exercises to build & strengthen core muscles while increasing body awareness.

CARDIO CIRCUIT

TOTAL BODY BLAST  

Intervals of toning & aerobic exercises.

Overall body toning and conditioning, using free weights, bands, and balls which will increase muscular strength and endurance.

POWER YOGA

CORE & MORE

An intense yoga class that will sculpt a leaner, stronger and more flexible body while releasing stress.

Strengthen your lower back, abdominals and hips in this intensive toning workout.

POWER HOUR

PUMP IT UP  

Performance coaches will incorporate cutting edge equipment with modern and explosive training methods to provide the perfect combination of strength and cardio in one workout.

A combination of hi-lo, cardio kickboxing, and sculpting to achieve cardio and muscle conditioning.

BODY ROCK  

CARDIO KICKBOXING  

A dance workout that combines high energy and motivating music to tone and sculpt your body.

With the use of heavy bags, this class offers authentic techniques that are used by traditional martial artists and boxers. Your technical skill will increase each time you train in this high impact, hard hitting, fast pace program that will make you sweat, burn, and tone.

BOOT CAMP  

This 6 week program is designed to challenge, tone, and trim your body. Our unique facility enables us to use our 60 yd. turf, 70 yd. track, and state–of–the–art weight training equipment. Whether you’re and athlete or just getting off the couch, there’s something for everyone in our ultimate Boot Camp Challenge.
