BOOT CAMP

Our 6 week 12 session one-of-a kind program is designed to challenge, tone, and trim your body. Our unique 40,000 square foot performance training center is equipped with a 60 yard turf surface, 70 yard 6 lane Olympic track, 2 basketball courts, and a state-of-the-art weight room ideal for these intense workouts. Unlike other health clubs, you are not confined to a fitness room and multiple trainers give you individualized attention.
